I’ve had the same glasses for over six years now and it’s time for a change in eyewear. Not that they are bad, they’re just Tina Fey 2006. And the little designer logo on one of the ear pieces fell off, and while I know it’s not obvious to others, I might as well have a big coffee stain on my chest, it’s that obvious to me.

Too bad I can’t find anything I really like.

On Saturday, Sept 15th G.U.A.P (Growing Up and Progressing) Magazine will be showcasing designs by some of Sacramento’s hottest Fashion designers Maisha Bahati, Melissa Kay, and RockNF8th along with SPECIAL guest models and a SPECIAL guest performance by one of MTVs America’s Best Dance (come check out this event out to see who the special guests/models are…) You don’t want to miss any of this!

This event benefits GUAP Heart’s and Airmen for Children’s (two non-profit organizations ran by Active Duty military members) 3rd Annual Christmas Toy drive for Children’s Hospitals around Northern California.
