Homeownership Is Affordable in West Sacramento | Business

Qualified buyers may receive up to $50,000, or 35% of the purchase price, whichever is less, towards the purchase of a home located in West Sacramento from the City’s First Time Homebuyer Assistance Program.   

Interested buyers must first attend a homebuyer workshop presented by NeighborWorks HomeOwnership Center Sacramento Region (NeighborWorks).  A homebuyer workshop will be held at the Community Center, 1075 West Capitol Avenue, West Sacramento, CA on July 14, 2012 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

To register for the West Sacramento workshop or to find out about additional workshops offered by NeighborWorks, call (916) 452-5356 or register online at www.nwsac.org.  The cost of the workshop is $60 plus $10 for each additional person – lunch will be provided.  Program applications will only be accepted from applicants who have attended the required workshop.  Applications will be processed on a first-come first-served basis.
